Bullock Island Boatyard
About Bullock Island Boatyard
Commissioned in 2005 and located on Bullock Island at Lakes Entrance immediately adjacent to the entrance channel to Bass Strait, the Bullock Island boatyard facility is ideally situated to provide services to larger vessels up to 100 tonne.
The boatyard travel lift can transport vessels up to 100 tonne whilst the powerful hydroblaster pressure cleaner makes quick work of cleaning hulls. The facility also houses a maintenance jetty for approved in-water works.
All boat slipping, lifting and re-launching activities are supervised by qualified personnel. The boatyard can also load/unload vessels to/from road transport and arrange launching of the vessel at the site.
The boatyard can provide in-house maintenance services, however, owners and/or contractors can perform maintenance tasks after completing induction training.
